These terms apply to your use of the Clear The Clutter Junk Removal LLC website, online estimate requests, scheduling requests, and text messaging program.

Estimates and service

Clear The Clutter provides full-service junk removal and cleanouts. Our crew carries out, loads, and hauls away the items included in your confirmed quote. You can request a free estimate online or call or text (920) 424-9827.

Online estimates are preliminary and depend on the information available. Clear The Clutter reviews your request and confirms the price before loading starts. A scheduling request or a time displayed by the estimator is not a confirmed appointment; we confirm the appointment after reviewing the work and availability.

Removal service is paid. Payment is due after the job is complete unless we agree otherwise with you. Any job-specific scope, price, or scheduling arrangements will be discussed with you directly.

Text messaging terms

The Clear The Clutter customer service text messaging program supports conversations about inquiries, estimates, appointments, arrival updates, work in progress, invoices, and payment receipts. We do not send marketing or promotional text campaigns.

When you initiate a text conversation, we reply by text about your inquiry. Other service texts are sent according to your consent and communication preferences. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing service.

For customers who consent to these messages, we send one automated review request after the invoice for a job is paid in full, with no repeated review reminders for that job. Automatic payment reminders are emailed. A payment reminder is texted only when it is individually selected and sent manually, subject to your messaging preferences and opt-out status.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and service. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that sending number. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call (920) 424-9827, or email [email protected].

Message delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact us by phone or email if a time-sensitive message has not been answered.

The online estimator is provided through WhatShouldICharge. Its platform terms also describe use of that service. Clear The Clutter is responsible for reviewing and confirming its service quotes and appointments.
