Customer records, including online estimator submissions, are managed in CTC Business Hub. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We use the contact details, service address, job descriptions, photos, messages, and scheduling information you provide to answer questions, prepare estimates, and perform junk removal. Our business records can also include appointment details, invoices, payment status, receipts, communication preferences, and records of consent or requests to stop messages.

The online estimator is part of CTC Business Hub and is covered by this privacy policy. We use the estimate information and photos you provide to prepare and review your estimate and manage your request. CTC Business Hub manages your customer record, appointments, communications, and invoices. Connected technical and message-delivery services process the information needed to carry out your request.

Payment providers process payments through their own systems. We use transaction details and payment status to manage invoices and receipts.

Text messages and your choices

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message-delivery providers process only the information needed to deliver and support our messages.

Clear The Clutter uses text messages for customer conversations and service communications, not marketing campaigns. Texting us allows us to reply to your inquiry. Retention and requests
